These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of ai-soft.us (the "Site") and the AI Assessment and related services offered by AI-Soft ("AI-Soft," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Who We Are
AI-Soft designs, builds, and deploys AI agents that automate real business workflows. Any specific services we perform for you are governed by the separate agreement (proposal, statement of work, or contract) you sign with us; these Terms cover use of the Site itself.
Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes related to evaluating or engaging our services. You agree not to misuse the Site — for example, by attempting to interfere with its operation, scraping it at scale, or submitting false or misleading information through our forms or AI agent.
Intellectual Property
The Site, including its design, text, graphics, and the AI-Soft name and logo, is owned by AI-Soft and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing on the Site grants you a license to use our branding or content except as needed to browse the Site normally.

When you submit information through our contact form, assessment request, or AI agent, you confirm it's accurate and that you have the right to share it with us. We'll handle that information as described in our Privacy Policy.
No Guarantee of Results
Content on the Site — including example workflows, savings estimates, and case studies — is illustrative. Actual outcomes from any AI agent we build depend on your specific business and are addressed in your service agreement, not by anything stated generally on this Site.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI-Soft won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This doesn't limit any liability we can't lawfully limit.

The Site may link to third-party websites or tools we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
